The certification stays in effect as long as we meet eligibility requirements and file our annual No-Change Affidavit (anniversary date: May 1). Owner-welder Craig Rainford passed a code qualification test under AWS D1.1/D1.1M:2025, Structural Welding Code – Steel, witnessed and inspected by Lawrence R. Kondrat of Calumet Welding Center on March 3, 2026. Visual inspection and two side-bend tests were acceptable.
